and the annexes requested from the Secretariat.

CONDITIONS FOR YOUR REQUEST TO BE ACCEPTED :

​

The official form cannot be changed;

​

The request must be written on the document downloaded from our Vesalius website ;

​

The request must not contain a staple;

​

No DUPLEX;

​

The request must be typed;

​

A complete financial plan will be attached on a separate page;

​

The project must be written on a separate page in FR or ANGL (MAXIMUM 2 PAGES);

 

The letter from the promoter or manager must be on a SEPARATE page;

​

The request must be submitted to the Association's secretariat.

​
